FORKLIFT Forklift will be delivered Thursday morning. Chris will be onsite to accept it. They will be calling Chris in the morning to take a credit card for payment.

GATES Gates will come on a flatbed truck. Chris will use the forklift to get them off. We will have them dropped in the back of the FALVEY LOT, where the tent will be built on Friday. Chris will distribute them around before Friday morning. Gates are paid for. No check or payment needed.

PORTAJOHNS ALL portajohns should be put in the emory alley, ideally along the back wall of the building next to the emory. They might want to come and empty the dumpster Friday morning, so we shouldn’t block it. But on Friday they will all be placed around that dumpster, so we don’t want them far away from it. Portajohns are paid for. No check or payment needed.

FABIANO SLAMMERS Probably best put in the Falvey Lot where the tent will be put up on Friday. We can distribute them later. If some will be used behind the emory, those could be put there right away

RED BULL STUFF All can be put in the Library beer tent

BEER TENTS Tents will be delivered and set up Friday morning. They will also deliver the tables and chairs that we will set up for patrons, as well as use for the bars. The tent company will ask how we want them split up between the two tents. two thirds can go in the big tent, one third in the small tent.

The Falvey Lot tent should be set up tight to the brick wall on East Troy. It’s better to have a gap in the back corner of the parking lot.

The Library tent should be set up with about 25 feet of space at the North end of the library side of the lot. I will try to make a mark where it should begin. Detroit BBQ might set up on Thursday in the corner of the Library lot.
